HDU 15/25 PV are cost effective offline fine filter units with pump capacities from 0.75 to 2 litres/minute (0.2 to 0.5 gpm).
Installed on a Load Tap Changer (LTC) the HDU 15/25 Fine Filter keeps the tap changer oil clean. The filter removes particles such as the carbon generated when switching as well as moisture. Through continuous filtration the HDU 15/25 keeps the breakdown voltage for the tap changer oil high yielding a longer life time of the LTC. The breakdown voltage will increase to values above 75 kV/2.5mm

The HDU 15/25 units use CJC™ A, B, BG or BLA 15/25 filter inserts.
Available as mobile filter unit, however for best long term results a stationary installation is recommended.
